Salesforce Commerce Cloud solution with a high level of brand focus


The task


Ganni wanted a scaleable ecommerce solution, with a focus on driving revenue and expanding into new countries, instead of IT and operations. Gannis existing solution had difficulty keeping up with the demand from customers during peak seasons and merchandizing features was inadequate. Ganni chose Salesforce Commerce Cloud because they wanted a cloud solution that offered these features and didn’t restrict them from launching into new markets and connecting the online store to the offline stores.

The solution


Alpha Solutions began scoping the project during Christmas 2014. The implementation began in January 2015 and the site was live may 2015 in 13 countries in only 4 months!:
